Are you a growth mindset or a fixed mindset kind of person?Two words shouldn't make such a big difference, yet they do!
From personal, business to spiritual, the way you think has a huge impact. A growth mindset is flexible, it allows for failures because they are really just lessons, it stretches and develops to see a bigger picture. While a fixed mindset is concerned with failure or success to all ends. It wants validation and needs to know the outcome. But that's not life and they are all just beliefs we have created from our environment, from past experiences - good or bad.
BUT, you have a choice, always. You can change your mindset. Just think about it right now. Are you managing your business team for example, from a place of fear?A fear of failing, not getting accolades, not being able to prove to your peers or parents that you are successful.All those thoughts do is keep you stuck.
Stuck on a fixed treadmill, that goes round and round.
You won't see change until you change your mindset. Let's try and think growth.
Let's reorganise your beliefs, where a bad day at work equals another lesson learnt or a bad date means you know what you do want in the next person.
